Effingham Noon Rotary was getting physical at their meeting September 7.

Actually, the members were hearing about Physical Therapy from Sarah Geen, a physical therapist for HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Sarah discussed improvements in diagnosis and treatment in PT. She also talked about the benefits of a new home for the hospital's therapy department since its move to the Workman Sports and Wellness Complex.

The Rotary weekly program chairman was Sarah's dad, Ken Vogt.

The Rotary weekly student guest was Donovan Hammer, the son of Jim and Leigh Hammer and a senior at St. Anthony High School.
