One Injured in Tuesday Morning Crash

One person was injured in a crash at Keller and Evergreen Tuesday morning.

City police say the crash occurred at 6:42am. A vehicle driven by 38-year-old Michael Orr of Strasburg collided with a semi driven by 35-year-old Sivaruban Kandiah of Ajax, Ontario, Canada.

Orr was injured and was taken to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital. Orr was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.

Traffic on Keller Drive into Effingham was blocked for over a half-hour.
