One Person Injured in Crash Near Keller Drive and Ford Avenue

One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon near the intersection of Keller Drive and Ford Avenue.

Effingham City Police report the crash happened at 2:13pm. A vehicle driven by 64-year-old Leslie D. Stanley of Effingham was southbound when the unit crossed the center turn lane and struck an oncoming vehicle driven by 63-year-old Angela Donsbach of Effingham.

Donsbach was injured and was taken to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Stanley was cited by city police with improper lane usage.

Southbound Keller Drive at the crash location was closed for a time after the collision.
