A Neoga babysitter has pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of a one-year-old girl.

Arianna McNeal was in a bathtub with a three-year-old girl while the babysitter, Natasha Gordon, stepped out on the porch to talk with her boyfriend. When Gordon returned inside, she found the infant face down in several inches of water. Resuscitation efforts were attempted, but the child was pronounced dead in the emergency room at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.

The parties have agreed on a maximum cap of three years in prison. Sentencing is set for September 16.
