Two Honored for Service to County Health Department

The Effingham County Board Monday took time to recognize two longtime County Health Department employees for 25 years' service.

Judy Bierman and Crystal Schutzbach were awarded certificates for hitting the employee milestones. Each began working for the Health Department in 1991 under Administrator Ted Crump.
