Three Injured in Crash on Old Watson Road

Three people were injured in a crash Saturday morning on Old Watson Road near Dutch Lane.

The crash happened at 8:25am. Effingham County Sheriff's Department reports a car driven by 27-year-old Bradley Eugene Loy of Effingham was southbound when the unit lost a tire.

The driver lost control of the car, which ran off the right side of the roadway. The car rolled several times before coming to rest in a field.

Loy was injured, as were his passengers, 28-year-old Tracy J. Loy and 25-year-old Ashley M. Loy, both of Effingham. Bradley Eugene Loy and Ashley Loy refused treatment, but Tracy Loy was taken to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
