City Police Investigating Burglary and Theft Incidents

Effingham city police are investigating burglary and theft incidents.

A mobile home in Four Seasons Mobile Home Court was burglarized sometime between 2am and 9pm Sunday. An undetermined amount of cash was taken.

A burglary from a motor vehicle occurred while the vehicle was parked at 1910 South Banker sometime between 4:30pm and 5:15pm Friday. Various miscellaneous items and an undetermined amount of cash were taken.

Police are also investigating the theft of an undetermined amount of cash from a purse at Rue 21 at 1602 Ford Avenue. The theft occurred at about 9pm Saturday.
