Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation welcomes the public to attend an open house to celebrate the Community Foundation’s relocation to South Banker Street. The ribbon cutting will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 18 at 2701 S. Banker Street, Suite 102A.

Over the course of the past two years, Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation has expanded its impact through its affiliate foundations in Effingham, Coles, Jasper, Crawford and Clark counties and its management of more than 130 funds including donor-advised, scholarship and grant-making endowments. With recent staff additions, the East Washington Avenue office could no longer meet the needs of the regional Community Foundation.

“We are so excited to have offices that meet the needs of our growing Community Foundation,” expressed Joedy Hightower, President/CEO of Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation, adding “We want to thank the members of Effingham Crossroads Center, LLC for their generous donation of this office location. We are also grateful to Midland States Bank, Consolidated Communications and Dieterich Bank for their in-kind support of office furnishings.”
