The body of a Louisville man was found in a pond Monday evening.

Authorities say no foul play is suspected, but the incident remains under investigation.

Clay County Sheriff Andy Myers said his office received a call about 6pm Monday regarding a possible drowning at a pond west of Louisville. When a deputy arrived at the pond, he met with the property owner who had discovered the body in the pond.

The body was later identified as that of 51-year-old Kaelin Colclasure, who had been seen walking in the area earlier that day.

The Clay County Coroner, Clay County ESDA and Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigators were also called to the scene.
