Sager, Daugherty EHS Homecoming King, Queen

Christian Sager and Shannon Daugherty were crowned as Effingham High School Homecoming King and Queen Friday night.  The coronation ceremony took place at halftime of the Homecoming football game at Klosterman Field and was heard and seen live on

King Christian is the son of Stephen and Lori Sager, while Queen Shannon is the daughter of Mark and Kathleen Daugherty.  They'll reign over Saturday night's Homecoming Dance at EHS Gym.

The senior attendants are Jordan Beaulieu, daughter of Diane Beaulieu and Jamie and Tracey Lidster, Ciara Kronewitter, daughter of John and Angela Kronewitter, Hayden Baker, son of Richard and Misty Baker and Jeff Keitel, son of Kal and Renee Keitel.

Junior attendants are Bethany Donaldson, daughter of David and Melissa Donaldson, Hailey Meyers, daughter of Jeffrey and Cheryl Meyers, Isaac Foreman, son of Kaye Foreman, and Marcus Robinson, son of Willie and Deborah Love.

Sophomore attendants are Kelsey Curry, daughter of Kathy Kreke and Randy Curry, Kierstyn Simmons, daughter of Jarred and Brandy Simmons, Bill Arndt, son of Jim and Kim Arndt, and Carter Hayes, son of Brian and Julia Hayes.

Freshman attendants are Claire Niebrugge, daughter of Jason and Kim Niebrugge, Emma Kull, daughter of Steve and Becky Kull, Drew Vasquez, son of Juan and Jennifer Vasquez, and Blake White, son of Charlie and Lori White.

The new royalty were crowned by retiring king and queen Travis Fulk and Madeline Totten.
