EHS Students Headed to ILMEA on Saturday

A group of Effingham High School students have qualified to participate in the District V Illinois Music Educators Association contest. The contest will take place this Saturday.

Instrumentalists taking part in the District V band are Ashley Shewmake-flute, Cierra Rush-Inman-clarinet, Mackenzie Waymoth-clarinet, Andrew Bingham-trumpet, and Melody Whalin-euphonium, while Ashton Haythorne will participate in District V orchestra on french horn.

Vocalists from EHS attending this Saturday include Collin Baker, Kat Blickem, Erin Browne, Brynn Flack, Holly Hulskotter, Antonio Munoz, Will O'Bryan, Shauna Sloan, Lydia Taylor, and Courtney Williamson.
