Watson, Mason, Edgewood Community Library to Premiere New Reading Area and Lounge Today

The Watson, Mason, Edgewood Community Library will premiere its new Willow Children's Reading Area and lounge today, October 3, at 4pm. There will be bobbing for apples, pumpkin ring toss and more. A family movie will be shown at 6:30pm. Refreshments will be available.

The new Willow Children's Reading Area and lounge, featuring a Willow Tree mural painted by StangArts will be open. Also premiering is the enlarged adult and nonfiction sections of the library. Computers with internet access are available for the public, as well as a printer.

From 4-7pm, the Mason Township Park District will be hosting a Fall Harvest/Soup Supper, featuring chili, ham and beans, chicken noodle soup, hot dogs, peanut butter sandwiches, desserts and drinks. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children 10 and younger.

The library and Park District building is located inside the former Edgewood School building, located at 710 Indiana Street in Edgewood.
