Four Injuries in Crash on South Banker

Four people were injured in a crash on South Banker in Effingham on Tuesday night.

City police say the crash occurred at 7:05pm at 1411 South Banker when a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Vincent Harris of Effingham rear-ended a vehicle driven by 60-year-old Tanya Prather of Flora.

Prather and three passengers in her vehicle, 82-year-old Patricia Fitzgerald, 58-year-old Belinda Cook, and 60-year-old Rebecca Murbarger, all of Flora, were all injured, but all of them refused treatment.

No citations were issued.
