Moomaw Recognized for Public Safety Leader Training

Jodi Moomaw recently received the official designation of Registered Public Safety Leader (RPL) and has been accepted in to the Association of Public-Safety Communication Official (APCO) Institute National Registry of Public–Safety Leaders.

This RPL Program is a comprehensive 12-month online class consisting of intensive leadership and management course work and service projects by APCO International in cooperation with Flexstudy.com, the American Management Association’s e-learning provider.

Moomaw resides in Effingham and is employed with the City of Effingham Police Department as the Communication Manager and works with 911 for the Emergency Telephone System Board part-time as System Administrator.
