Plan Commission Approves Subdivision Plat off West Fayette

The Effingham City Plan Commission Tuesday recommended approval by the City Council of a subdivision plat.

The development is the first addition to JCAN Subdivision, south along the West Fayette frontage road near Hardee's.  The plat calls for four lots and a street that would service the lots.

A second plat, for a development to be known as Trailways Subdivision was pulled from the agenda, but is expected to be considered at a future meeting.  The development is to be located along North 3rd Street at Rickelman Avenue.
