ARC Announces Promotion of Three Staff Members

ARC Community Support Systems announced the promotion of three staff members.

Pete Niccum was promoted to the Director of Employment Services. Niccum began his career at ARC Community Support Systems in 2000 as a Case Manager. In 2005, he was promoted to Program Manager of the Child and Family Connections Program. In November of 2013, Niccum was promoted to the Director of Developmental Training. In April he was named the Director for the newly organized Employment Services Department.

Niccum is native of Teutopolis, graduated from Teutopolis High School and Eastern Illinois University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Niccum makes his home in Teutopolis with wife Brandy and children, Will and Bailey.

Heidi Hardiek began her career with  ARC Community Support Systems in 2008 as a Janitorial Crew Supervisor. In 2009 she accepted a position as a Job Coach then in April was named the Community Employment coordinator.

Hardiek comes from the Shelby County area and makes her home in Dieterich with husband Brand and sons, Hayden and Briar. Hardiek's office is located at 618 West Main Street in Teutopolis and she can be reached at 217-717-8002 or hhardiek@arc-css.org.

Sandy Vansaghi started her career with ARC Community Support Systems in 1985 as a Developmental Skills Trainer at the Development Training Center. In 1990 she accepted a position as Case Manager and in 2000 was named the Case Manager Coordinator. In April, Vansaghi was named the Director of Rehabilitation services.

Vansaghi graduated from Effingham High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Eastern Illinois University. She and husband Chuck reside itn Watson and are the parents of Nicole, Eric and Devin.
