Effingham County Sheriff Dave Mahon stopped by The Morning Show today to promote the 2015 Sheriff's Posse Ride this Saturday.

The sheriff was joined by Ride promoter Cheryl Brian and city police officer and Blue Knight Club member Jason McFarland to promote this year's ride, which will begin at Legacy Harley Davidson and end at the Effingham Performance Center. A Blessing of the Bikes (and other vehicles) is planned at 11:30am before the ride begins at noon, but registration will be going on by 10am at Legacy. There will be a meal at the EPC after the event.

The cost of the ride, including the meal afterwards, is $10 per person with proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity.
