Altamont Library Receives Grant Funds

Illinois Secretary of State and State Librarian Jesse White has awarded $701,386 in Fiscal Year 2015 Live and Learn Construction Grants to 17 public libraries to help pay for essential capital improvements.

Among the recipients is the Altamont Public Library, which received $35,000 for roof replacement and new flooring.
