VIDEO: 2014 Effingham Halloween Parade A Huge Success

The 2014 Effingham Sunrise Rotary Halloween Parade was a definite hit in Effingham, drawing thousands through the parade route. Mother Nature helped out as well, delivering sunshine all afternoon and unseasonably warm temps in the mid-70s.

Sunrise Rotary is celebrating 20 years this year. To celebrate, charter members served as Parade Marshals. Those who served as Kathy Schroeder, Dave Price, Alan Davis and Dr. John Gapsis.
