Injury Crash on South Willow Over the Weekend

A crash in the 1300 block of South Willow Street resulted in an injury. The crash occurred just before noon on Saturday morning.

City police say a vehicle driven by 80-year-old Richard Feldhake of Effingham rear-ended a vehicle driven by 16-year-old Abby Brown of Effingham. 

Feldhake was injured and was taken by ambulance to St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham. 

Feldhake was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid the crash.
