Police Investigate Weapons Stolen from Residence

Effingham City Police are investigating the theft of weapons from a local residence.

Four rifles and a shotgun were stolen from a residence in the 200 block of North Banker Street. The theft occurred sometime before about 9:30am Friday.

The guns have an estimated value of $1,000.
