The 2014-15 school year will begin in the North Clay Unit 25 School District on Thursday, Aug. 14 and Friday, Aug. 15 with Teacher Institute days.

Students (including kindergarten) will begin school with a full day on Monday, August 18.

North Clay Unit 25 will provide registration for all students in Pre-K through grade 12 on Tuesday, July 15, from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p. m. (including lunch hour), and on Wednesday, July 16, from 10:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m.

The entire registration for all students will be held in the MAIN OFFICE AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DUE TO CONSTRUCTION. Parents/guardians may come to register at any time during these two days.

DURING THE WEEK OF JULY 7-11, FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE NORTH CLAY WEBSITE TO PRINT, COMPLETE, AND SIGN. IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE WEBSITE FOR THESE FORMS, PICKING UP A REGISTRATION PACKET ONSITE WILL NOT BE NECESSARY. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW. REGISTRATION PACKETS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING THE WEEK OF JULY 7-11 FROM 8:00 A. M. TO 2:00 P. M. A PARENT/GUARDIAN OF THE STUDENT MUST PICK UP THE PACKET FOR THE STUDENT. PICKING UP THIS PACKET WILL ALLOW YOU TO HAVE ALL FORMS COMPLETED AND PREPARED BEFORE REGISTRATION. PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING COMPLETED PACKETS TO THE REGISTRATION TO BE HELD ON THE DATES STATED ABOVE.

Requirements for health examinations, immunizations, and other medical requirements will be posted in the registration packet. If you should have questions regarding registration, please contact the elementary/jr. high at 665-3393 or the high school at 665-3102 for more information.
