A delay is likely in the Clark County murder trial of Thomas Messina.

The 20-year-old Windsor man faces three murder counts related to the January death of Gregory Scott Collins in Collins' home in Casey.  Authorities found Collins' body while fighting a fire in his residence.

Messina is slated to go on trial on June 10, but defense counsel shared during a hearing Wednesday that there is discovery evidence or testimony still outstanding, and that would likely necessitate a continuance of the trial.  There was no ruling on a continuance during Wednesday's hearing.

Messina is being held in Clark County Jail under $500,000 bond.
