Mulberry Grove Man Killed in Tractor Accident Saturday Afternoon

A Rural Route Mulberry Grove was killed in a accident involving a tractor Saturday afternoon.

Fayette County Coroner Bruce Bowen says the man, 65-year old Kenneth Zarecki, was pinned under his tractor after it flipped. Zarecki was attempting to pull down a tree that he had been sawing on.

The Mulberry Grove Fire Department was called to extricate Zarecki, who was pronounced dead at the scene by Bowen at 1:55pm.

The accident remains under investigation by the Fayette County Coroners office.
